We are open enrollment year round so there is no application deadline. We accept students at any time during the school year and summer. However, space at our school is limited so parents are encouraged to apply early if applying for a new school year.

Because we are a non-traditional setting and may not be the right school setting for every student, our application is not online. Parents and students must visit our campus before deciding to complete an application.

  • Provide a current report card, transcript and testing results from the previous school.
  • Homeschool students are accepted based on parental conferencing. High school credits earned by homeschooled students are accepted.
  • If a child has demonstrated academic success in the previous school year, he/she will be placed in the appropriate grade and credits will be accepted.
  • Acceptance is based on interviews, recommendation letters, and the student's academic ability.
  • Students diagnosed on the autism spectrum have been accepted, academically and socially, at our school and do quite well. Though each is accepted on an individual basis, please know that our non-traditional, non-stress setting allows room for different learning styles.
  • CCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, nationality or sex in the administration of its policies, admissions, financial aid, and other school-directed programs.
  • Request an application packet and submit completed packet with application non-refundable fee of $150.00.
  • First month's tuition is due upon acceptance to secure your student's position; non-refundable should you decide not to attend.
  • Notification of acceptance will be provided following a required enrollment interview.
  • If you are interested in the educational programs offered at Capstone Classical Academy, please call to set an appointment to tour our school and discuss the best individualized education program for your child.
